I wanted to wait until I had completed a few sessions before sharing an honest review. Arthy at Avay Wellness is absolutely fantastic. It was hard to find an esthetician who checks all the boxes: high-quality products, deep knowledge, a clean and professional setup, and expertise with all skin types, including darker skin. Arthy took her time during every appointment and was completely honest about what my skin needed, even if that meant fewer services with her. That level of integrity shows she truly cares about you and your skin, not just selling treatments. If you’re looking for someone who combines skill, honesty, and genuine care, I highly recommend Arthy at Avay Wellness.

The owner is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and at ease, creating an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. My scalp had been feeling dry and irritated before my appointment, but she worked magic with a soothing scalp massage and oil treatment that left it feeling calm and nourished. The experience was truly relaxing, and I could feel the tension melt away. Not only did she take care of my scalp, but she also gave me invaluable tips for my skincare routine, including personalized advice on how to get the most out of products like retinol based on my skin type. She's someone who genuinely cares about helping clients achieve their goals, and it shows in the thoughtful guidance she provides. Since my session, my skin has been glowing, and I can already see the difference from the gentle exfoliation she did. Even after being out in the cold winter air, my skin stayed dewy and fresh. It's amazing how much hydration and care she packed into that treatment. I honestly can't recommend her enough. It was the best experience I've had in a long time, and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Arthy was thorough in her treatment and made adjustments based on the features of my skin (which helped prevent my sensitive skin from having a reaction). The space is clean and comfortable, and you’ll get details self-care instructions sent directly to you after the session. Highly recommend!
