Atmana Spa in Toronto

I visited the Atmana Spa today for a facial - after having walked by it many times before. The space was calming and peaceful, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the nearby King Street East. My 1.5 hour appointment started off with a wonderful ritual foot massage. And, was followed by a facial, which also included a massage of my arms, head, and upper shoulders. Joy, who provided the service, was a very skillful, professional and eager to please - ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I was also provided with a tour of the other treatment rooms. Everything from the start to the end was terrific. I will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting Atmana this week and the experience was incredible. From the moment we entered through the doors to when we left, the service was amazing. The place is very clean and the staff make you feel at home. I did the Abhyanga as well as the cleansing facial and both services were very well done. Arti did a great job explaining the traditional Ayurvedic customs so we could understand it better. Joy did all my services and I enjoyed having the same person as she had a good understanding of my needs with the time we spent together. The foot soak ritual when we arrived was so very relaxing which then led to the massage which was out of this world and ended with a facial that left my face feeling brand new. The staff is very experienced and the ambiance feels like an escape from reality. I will definitely be back to work my way through the menu and experience it all.

I had the most nourishing experience at Atmana Spa! Upon my arrival, I was offered a seat and some coconut water, and greeted with the utmost hospitality, When I met my spa therapist, Joy, she immediately made me feel safe, comfortable and cared for. Joy had such a calming presence and a genuine way of making me feel at ease. She started off with a foot massage and we got to know each other a bit better. By the time I went into the room for my facial, I was very relaxed. Joy's facial was so mindfully and intentionally executed. She paid attention to details and kept checking in to see if I was alright. She even added in some body massage. I could tell that Joy was well trained, loves what she does and cares deeply about her clients. After my treatment, the spa owner, Arti, thoughtfully offered me a tour of the spa. She took me through the spaces and even upstairs to an event space that could be rented out! I came to the spa feeling burnt out, but left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and glowing. I believe due to the body massage, I felt lighter and had an abundance of energy well into the evening! If you are looking for a simple, yet luxurious experience, I highly recommend Atmana Spa. I will definitely be back, with company!

I had the most incredible experience at Atmana Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the serene, beautifully designed space—so calming and peaceful, truly a sanctuary. The staff were warm, welcoming, and so professional, making me feel completely at ease. The spa itself was spotless—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained, which really added to the overall sense of calm and care. I had the pleasure of having an Ayurvedic massage that was absolutely divine. Deeply healing, grounding, and done with such skill and intention—it left me feeling completely rejuvenated in both body and mind. In addition to this massage, their foot massage was so beautiful and deeply relaxing. If you're looking for a luxurious, holistic, and deeply restorative experience, Atmana is an absolute gem.
