RMT Jason Tremblay is a massage wizard. I have seen many massage therapists elsewhere (mostly for tension, headaches, and long hours of desk work), and Jason is in another league. He has decades of experience, and an uncanny ability to find and fix problem spots others have missed, or that I didn't even realize were stiff until I felt the difference. I also appreciate the ease of booking at York Street Spa and the availability of weekend appointments.

I’m thrilled with my cut from Michelle. She asked great questions and made time to understand my vibe as she crafted her approach. Bonus: her pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

So thrilled to have rediscovered the talented and lovely Michelle Nahmad now that we're back in Ottawa! I've now had highlights and a cut with Michelle three times this year and it's been consistently flattering and well-done. My two daughters (teenagers) have loved their experiences - particularly the thoughtful pre-cut consultations. The eldest is now rocking a modem shag and the youngest is growing out her long locks in a healthy way. Would highly recommend!

Expressing my appreciation for the excellent service that was provided to me last week. Michelle's expertise and skills have truly impressed me. Not only she carefully listened to my preferences, but she also provided valuable suggestions that complemented my overall look. I've received a lot of compliments since then. Michelle, you are talented! I was booked initially to a different salon, but it got canceled that day 15 minutes before my appointment -- yes very unprofessional. So, i looked for a nearby salon and Michelle was friendly and welcoming. I must admit I was quite embarrassed to come in and ask to accommodate a last-minute appointment for full highlights. I was impressed by Michelle's professionalism and attention to detail for the duration of my appointment. She ensured that I was comfortable at all times. Evidently, she cares about clients’ satisfaction and well-being. I am looking forward to my next visit! I won't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family or to anyone.

I had a great haircut with Michelle! She thoughtfully talked though my hair concerns and current routine before making some suggestions for my haircut. She checked in with me during the cut to make sure I was happy at every step and struck a perfect balance between pleasant conversation and serene silent moments. I was so happy with the results and would not hesitate to return for a cut in the future and wholeheartedly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a skilled and kind stylist.
