I've been seeing Stephanie V. (physiotherapist) at wellbe for a couple of months now. Stephanie is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough at each visit. With her treatments and prescribed stretches my hip pain subsided after just a couple of visits. Highly recommend Stephanie at wellbe. Also -- the moment you step into wellbe you feel like you're being welcomed into a great community. The staff there are kind and personable and make you feel like more than just a patient.

Stephanie Vettese is an excellent support. My journey with a broken arm to RHR surgery that was further complicated by frozen shoulder has required ongoing support. We noticed our 17 month old daughter was slightly behind her twin sister in regard to her motor development; tripping over her feet due to in toeing and had bowed legs. Our paediatrician could only provide us with a referral to an orthopaedic surgeon but we wanted to explore other avenues first. I’m so glad we found Katie at WellBe Beaches and trusted the process! She was amazing, keeping our rambunctious toddler calm and distracted so she could perform her magical skills. We implemented the changes suggested to us, stuck with the exercises she provided and after seeing her numerous times over the course of 6 months, she helped our daughter’s bowed legs/ankles straighten. Our daughter is so much more confident, sturdy, she has even grown in height as a result! We are so pleased and would highly recommend Katie if you’re going through a similar situation.
