They are also flexible with cancellations and time changes. I especially recommend booking the wax appointment with Shima. She always meets me with a big smile and I like her work ethic a lot. I followed her from her PATH location downtown all the way to Bloor West because she’s truly the only person I trust (from my brows to anything else!). From the very beginning, she’s been warm, personable, and incredibly skilled. She has this amazing ability to make even the most uncomfortable services feel relaxed and completely normal. I originally started seeing her for waxing, and I recently began doing laser with her as well. the experience has been just as wonderful. She explains everything so clearly, checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable, and genuinely cares about the results. I recommend Shima to absolutely anyone looking for someone they can trust and feel comfortable with.
