WAXON Laser + Waxbar - Toronto Bloor West Village in Toronto

This Waxon location is my favourite wax store in the city. The receptionists are always keen to accommodate my schedule and send reminders. They are also flexible with cancellations and time changes. I especially recommend booking the wax appointment with Shima. She always meets me with a big smile and I like her work ethic a lot. She also makes sure the experience is as pain free as possible.

I have been coming here regularly to get my eyebrows done with Shima. She is absolutely incredible - super kind, caring, easy to talk to and professional. I recommend her to my friends and family in Bloor West. She always listens to what I want and I have never left disappointed. I recommend this location to anyone. Always great service and professionalism by the front of house staff. As for the services, I’ve been seeing Shima for 10+ years. I followed her from her PATH location downtown all the way to Bloor West because she’s truly the only person I trust (from my brows to anything else!). From the very beginning, she’s been warm, personable, and incredibly skilled. She has this amazing ability to make even the most uncomfortable services feel relaxed and completely normal. I originally started seeing her for waxing, and I recently began doing laser with her as well. the experience has been just as wonderful. She explains everything so clearly, checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable, and genuinely cares about the results. I recommend Shima to absolutely anyone looking for someone they can trust and feel comfortable with.
