Amazing first visit! This was my first time visiting, and the customer service was incredible from the moment I walked in right up to the end. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and they made me feel completely comfortable asking any questions. I was so impressed and satisfied with the overall experience that I ended up purchasing a membership before leaving. Highly recommend!

Was recommended this place from a friend, first visit here. I had a good experience over all with the staff and the facility, and from far my eyebrows looked good when I checked them out before paying. Once I got home though, I took a closer look in the mirror and noticed that she had waxed very unevenly on both sides, and had trimmed my eyebrows in layers, very choppy, leaving bald spots and uneven trimming. For reference, I have permanent makeup in my eyebrows, they’re already shaped and easy to follow. Thank god I have the PMU, or else I would have major bald spots and extremely uneven (almost missing?) tail ends of my eyebrows. The trimming wasn’t done neatly in a way that I can brush my eyebrow hairs up with clear gel. I have to be specific with the direction I brush them into to help hide the choppy uneven trimming and bald spots. I’m not sure the name of the person that did my eyebrows, but it was definitely a different person than my friend’s. Would still recommend the place, but maybe ask around and make sure you pick the right person while booking. You’ll be gambling with who you get.

I had a fantastic experience at Waxon in Ottawa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, which set a great tone for my appointment. The space was spotless, very clean, and had a professional atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. I went in for a back waxing and was impressed with how quick, smooth, and efficient the service was. The staff treated me with care and professionalism throughout, making the process easy and comfortable. Booking the appointment was simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations—I was in and out quickly, but never felt rushed. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Waxon Ottawa to anyone looking for great service in a clean and welcoming environment.

After having done laser at multiple locations around Canada, I can easily say that this is the most pain free experience I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend for anyone interested in both waxing and laser. Looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!!

In the past I was very happy with my service for Brazilian waxing but it seems as though their turn over rate has become very high recently and every time I find someone I really like who does a good job, they seem to leave. Danika and Felicia were very talented ladies when it came to waxing and I always left comfortable and my hair would grow back very comfortably. The times in the middle of these two though unfortunately left me with a lot of ingrown hairs and burning. I would highly appreciate and recommend that the hiring process or training process confirms the abilities of the estheticians before letting them work on people. If you have to go over the same areas 3-5 times with wax when another talented person can do it in one time, it just does not make sense that that happens. I’m currently cancelling my next appointment out of concern that the same thing is going to happen again, as my skin currently is not doing well after my last visit. I came to the comments to try to see if there were any names that people recommended to see if it was salvageable but it seems like recently everyone has had the same experience.
