I had a really positive experience at Water Lily Beauty Salon in the Yonge & Eglinton area. I booked a back diamond microdermabrasion/back acne treatment, followed by an herbal mask to target stubborn congestion and bacne. The aesthetician, Margarita, was thorough and professional, explained each step clearly, and the space felt clean, calm, and hygienic the entire time. I’ll be honest: I’m a guy and I’m more on the rugged-looking side, so walking into a beauty salon isn’t something I do often. But I felt extremely comfortable the whole time, and genuinely confident in the care I was getting. No awkwardness, no judgment—just respectful, professional service. The exfoliation was effective without feeling overly harsh, and the herbal mask was soothing and helped my skin feel noticeably “cleared out.” Over the next few days my back felt smoother and less bumpy, and any active spots looked less angry. I also appreciated the straightforward aftercare advice (what to avoid, what to use, and when it makes sense to come back). I’m originally from B.C., but I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I’m in the city. And honestly, taking care of your body matters—especially these days when it can feel like you have so little control over everything else. This was a simple, practical way to do something good for myself, and I’m glad I did it.

Margi is the absolute best when it comes to treating your skin with love and care. She is also very knowledgeable in the area of holistic care and healthy eating, so she would advise the best possible diet to also aid your skin. The prices in this salon is also very fair and you will definitely get the quality skincare that you seek. I want to eventually try the microneedling services, but so far, all the facial treatment has been GREAT. Margi is also an amazing person to talk to. She is very friendly and a really good conversationalist.

Margarita is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional at her trade, but she also accommodated our needs to start acne treatment for my teenage daughters. She returned my voice message the same day and worked to find the best time to provide her service. She is happy and eager to share her knowledge about healing your skin not only topically but also from the inside, through nutrition awareness. Prices are very reasonable and the variety of treatments are vast and meticulously catered to each clients needs. I loved the service we received and we will continue to book services.

It has been a wonderful experience going to Margie for facials! Margie’s service is first class in her treatment, acknowledge and education of how to best take care of my skin. I came to see Margie with blemishes and dull skin but from her facial treatments my skin looks renewed and glowing!
