Dr Kolenda and all of the staff at Verso are second to none. They really feel like family to me as much as a ‘service’. I have had a few cosmetic procedures and all have been top notch. Dr Kolenda takes his time when meeting with me. There is never a rush. He’s attentive, kind and honest. He has talked me out of things that I thought I might need which he could have made money by agreeing with. I trust him and all of his team. I have been a client for 8 years and the relationship is one of respect, trust and incredible skill. I have never felt overcharged or under served. In 2023, I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Jack Kolenda at Verso, and it was an overall effortless experience. As an out-of-town patient, their entire team was incredibly accommodating, and the staff maintained excellent communication post-op. Dr. Kolenda was professional and charismatic—he immediately understood my desired outcome and was able to create a result that suits my face while also addressing breathing difficulties I had, which have been fully resolved. I’m very grateful for the outcome of my surgery!

In November 2024 I had extensive facial surgery at Verso Surgery Centre and I am so impressed with the results. Dr Kolenda is a world-renowned expert in the field who pioneers many new ways of making the facial surgery recovery process easier and faster. He is also incredibly patient, kind, and able to access the very best way to make you look like yourself - but significantly younger. The nurses at the centre, Czarina and Natalia, responded promptly to my every call and email, sometimes several times daily, and made sure that I received the best possible follow up care. I cannot imagine getting better care than I did from these two angels. John is another ray of sunshine at the clinic who gave me the best lymphatic massages during the recovery process. Every time I walked out of the clinic after a massage with John, my face felt resculpted and was glowing. Veronica is a very engaging and compassionate soul who handled my laser scar sessions and follow up skin treatments. She understood my sensitivities and low pain tolerance, and works patiently with me to get me the best results, despite my lower pain threshold. Overall, I am very greatful to the team at Verso for their incredible care and expertise.
