I just had a free consultation with Kam at Medi Spa as I always pass by it during my daily walks , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly inspiring. I loved her positive, honest, and non-salesy approach. She took the time to explain everything and even did a small skin test to make sure it was right for me. I felt completely comfortable and confident, and as soon as I got home, I booked my treatment session right away! If you’ve been thinking about skin tag removal or any skin concerns, book for the free consultation first!

Went in for a consultation for wart removal. She kept repeating that she "can't do anything about it". I got annoyed and decided to press her on it. Apparently she meant she couldn't do anything about it THAT DAY, I needed to book in a week. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere with her and not getting any info I needed, I had to ask her about price of treatment, prep, recovery, etc (all the things SHE should have told me without me interrogating her to get the info). Horrible salesmanship and awful consultation. I'll take my business elsewhere since she loved to repeat that she "couldn't do anything". Pass on this place. UPDATE AFTER OWNER REPLY: no you did not explain that fact thoroughly, you only repeated "I can't do anything" several times. It wasn't until I pressed you for more detail that you disclosed that you could indeed do something, I just had to wait a week. You also didn't disclose anything about treatment or price until I got annoyed and pressed you even more. If you can't see that as horrible salesmanship, I can't help you.
