I completed a package of 7 sessions of laser hair removal at Valletta Medical and Wellness Spa and am so satisfied with the results! The spa is very clean and the staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. Antoinette is so kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend coming here!

AVOID! Bought a Groupon for them for a year of laser hair removal. After a year I still had hair. So I spoke to them about it they told me I need to purchase an additional package. So I did. Not letting me know there is an expiration date ! .. the place was ok when I first started to go there but later it was just bad. Constantly a new employees.(And let's be honest who wants constantly a new person looking at your privates? ).The place dirtier and dirtier. The last time I went there was a last for a while. I took these pictures because I was repulsed by how dirty a machine can be, especially used on genitals! How could you not clean that?. Anyway a year later I decided to go see if anything changed. Nothing but the location.. not to mention but instead of telling over the phone my package is expired, and I need to purchase a new one they made me drive all the way to their location. My advise to you is stay away !! The price is not worth the service !!! ***EDIT** To the owners response! We both stood there looking at my contract I signed and nowhere could you find this promotion had an expiration date. So don't lie. And no!! shame on you acting like the machine in the photo is not your machine in your spa in the old location. As for the dates YES when someone purchases a Groupon for a year's worth of laser and finishes it and realised it didn't do it job, then is told to purchase a new package (8 sessions) . Keeps showing up seeing such a DISGUSTING uncleaned laser machine (dirtier by the month) and decides she is not going to come back because is scared to catch some disgusting disease !! Out of the 8 sessions I only used 5 for you to tell me now my 3 sessions are expired and I need to pay again for the three remaining sessions is a joke. As a owner you do not have an idea about customer services and now I see why your employees change as often as they do!!!! SHAME ON YOU !!!

First time I went to Valletta was for a facial when they had just opened. They were great and the place is very welcoming, clean and beautiful. I then purchased the laser removal grupon, a deal which you can also get in store but it still remains a deal with that price honestly. The technician Matilda is so experienced and quick which is great cuz she doesn’t waste your whole day and after 3 sessions honestly my hair is completely gone in 80 percent of the areas.What a great thing not to have to worry about waxing anymore. I would recommend.
