If you need laser hair removal this is the place to go! I had a consultation with Janiece who was very transparent about what to expect start to finish. I appreciated the honesty as they don’t over promise and are realistic. I had my first treatment 2 months ago and I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just one treatment so I can’t even imagine how amazing the results will be after 10 sessions. I was also having a really bad day as I suffer from anxiety annd depression and the team offered me a complimentary red light therapy session to help me. It’s not a place where they get you in and out the door they sincerely care about you as a person and they run their business with honesty I truly appreciate the team here. I'd give this clinic 10 stars if that was possible, like in a heartbeat. From the very beginning they were super accommodating and easy to communicate with. My first appointment with Nicola was amazing!!! She's super sweet and really made sure I understood what was happening. Now with Dr. Z, I will always remember this appointment because there's very limited professionals with a work ethic as strong as hers. She won't try to give you a sales pitch or make comments regarding your flaws like others do. She's very sweet, straight forward, thorough, informative and she genuinely cares about patients satisfaction. I am so happy I will definitely come back! Also front desk was outstanding! Val

First time at Urban Body Laser and absolutely 💯 happy with my 2 services, honestly the best place yet I’ve been too. Dr. Zey is absolutely amazing, best Dr. I ever had getting any services from..listens to me, made be very comfortable, so happy with my fillers.🫶🏼 Julie the receptionist is awesome so welcoming and knowledgeable about services and told me I’ve come to the right place not to worry will not be disappointed as everyone there is the “Best” she was right, Thank-You!! I got laser hair removal done by Nicola and the process was amazing! I was very nervous since it was my first time doing laser, but Nicola was very informative, calming, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The lady at the front desk was also super nice! Everyone here makes you feel welcomed. Although it is on the pricier side, they ensure that all of their equipment is routinely maintained and their UBL membership is worth it if you are needing/looking for repeated sessions.

It’s the best place I’ve been to in all of Vancouver so far. The girls are amazing, every single one of them. They’re funny, super attentive to every detail, and really friendly. You feel right at home, like you’ve known them forever. You’re not just another client or another name on their list and I truly appreciate that. It makes the place unique. They don’t try to sell you anything, the attention to detail is exquisite, and the service (even though I haven’t finished all my sessions yet) is sooo good. I went to a much cheaper place before coming here and it didn’t work. So my advice is: spend a bit more and come here, to Urban Body. You won’t regret it.
