I've struggled with my gut and reproductive health for nearly 20 years. I like to think I'm a proactive person, and I've worked with Western doctors, naturopaths, and surgeons to find ways to manage my chronic pain, and that's really all that transpired, band-aid solutions that, in all honesty, weren't solutions at all. Then I was introduced to Kristina. What she's done for me in 10 weeks can only be described as magic because she's done what I didn't think was possible. Kristina is studied, ethical, and passionate about the work she does. Her care goes beyond the hour within the walls of the clinic to ensure you're getting the best care possible. My world has changed for the better, for the first time in 18 years, I'm feeling hopeful about my health.

I’ve had many sessions with Agni microneedling, acufacials, and more and every time it’s been such a calming, grounding experience. She’s super knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable. The space is peaceful, and I always leave feeling more relaxed and cared for.

Unplug Hour was my first experience with acupuncture and I cannot stress enough how wonderful Sherry and Kristina are. Each treatment was tailored to support what my body needed at that time and each treatment was absolute bliss. The atmosphere in the clinic is very calm and relaxing and I would leave feeling rejuvenated, happy and stress free. In addition, I was recommended certain herbs and supplements as well as dietary suggestions and the additional guidance for my health has been really helpful. The best part is that I no longer suffer from chronic headaches which have been a daily part of my life for over 7 years and no other medication or form of treatment has worked until I started seeing Sherry and Kristina.

They really take the time to listen and make each treatment feel personal and supportive. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming vibe, and I always leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and recharged.
