I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Pirani and the incredible experience I had with him. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in expert hands. Dr. Pirani is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process, listened carefully to my goals, and made sure everything felt right before proceeding. The Botox results are absolutely amazing—natural, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. I look refreshed and confident, never overdone. HEADS UP TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: DO NOT BE HONEST WITH THESE PEOPLE. I was a consistent client of dr Pirani's for the past six years and he's a great doctor but l can tell you that honesty does not pay with his receptionists. I was stupid enough to give them a heads up that I'm going to be 10 to 15 minutes late. The receptionist immediately said you're gonna lose your deposit and we're not gonna see you because 15 minutes is the total time for the appointment and there's other people waiting. I asked her to reschedule me since l've been a client for the past six years. They refused to do anything for me. If I had not said anything and just arrived, I would've been told that the doctor will see me after sometime. Every single time I have gone there, I was told to wait in the patient room before the doctor saw me. And that wait would be 20 minutes. There's always a waiting time so I could have made it if they let me and didn't just turn me away immediately. This is a warning to other people: do not be loyal to any business, and do not tell the truth. It'll lose you your $200 deposit. Furthermore, when I tried speaking to the receptionist about this issue and asking if I could speak to the manager or to the doctor directly, they said yes that one of them will call me back in a day or two. But nobody did. I had no issues with them before this incident. Which is why I was a customer for six years. They could have kept me as a customer for another 6 years and gotten so much more money out of me by showing some grace but they chose to be grubby over $200 and lose me as a client instead. Warning to all future clients, don't tell them you're gonna be late. And don't be a loyal client. They will treat you like garbage at the first opportunity. Update: now these people are lying and saying I DECLINED to speak to the manager LOL I'm the one who asked to speak to the manager and they never followed through. Stop lying through your teeth. Do you get commission for this war you're waging lol

If I could give more than 5 stars, they would all go to this team. Dr. Pirani, Naushin, and the entire team are exceptional. From the front office to the OR (nurses and anesthesiologist) to the after-care, the level of compassion and professionalism they bring to every step is unmatched. From my very first consult to now my second post-surgery follow-up, their attention, and genuine kindness have been outstanding. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Pirani six weeks ago and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From his bedside manner to how thorough he was during our multiple consultations, everything was just amazing. His whole team is incredible too, 10/10 all around, and the results? A million out of ten. I’d read that a lot of people regret their decision right after surgery because of swelling or the sudden change, but I didn’t feel that way at all. Not even once. Dr. Pirani isn’t one of those surgeons who just says yes to everything for the money. He really took the time to help me think through what I wanted, what was realistic, and what would give the best results for my body. That balance between his professional advice and my goals is what gave me the incredible outcome I have now. I even joked with my friends after surgery that if I could tip him like you do at a restaurant, I totally would. I spent months reading reviews of surgeons in Toronto and even in the States, and I’m so glad I chose Dr. Pirani and his team. Special shoutout to his surgical coordinator, Naushin, she’s the best! From my very first consultation to all the post-op check-ins, she’s been so kind, supportive, and approachable. She honestly felt more like a friend than just one of the staff, and that made such a difference for me. I went to Dr. Pirani for masseter Botox and the entire experience was exceptional. The clinic itself is stunning!! Very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which immediately sets the tone. The staff were also so warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Pirani was incredibly thorough with his consultation: from assessing my anatomy, addressing my concerns of grinding and really took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. He answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The results are exactly what I was hoping for—subtle, natural, and beautifully balanced. If you’re considering masseter Botox or any injectables, Dr. Pirani is the one to trust.
