I am writing to commend Rania for the consistently excellent quality of her pedicure service. After a long search, I have finally found a foot care professional who delivers such exceptional work. Rania is professional, highly skilled, and engaging, making the entire experience pleasant. This was my second visit, and I hope to retain her as my ongoing foot care practitioner. Her attention to detail is superb, evidenced by her proactive measures, such as ensuring the water temperature was comfortable, and that I had tea, which resulted in a thoroughly relaxing experience with zero discomfort. At the end I chose a polish and she made sure that there would be no smudging of the polish or staining of my socks. Highly recommend her for your next Pedicure treatment

I never write negative reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I signed up for a monthly membership two years ago and cancelled it four months later. However, my credit card continued to be charged. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the manager, but when I finally reached her, she was helpful and cancelled the membership and refunded the fees that had been charged. Unfortunately, my credit card kept getting charged for another six months. Again, it was very hard to reach the manager, but once I did, the issue was finally resolved. She assured me that it shouldn’t happen again. Overall, the service is mediocre and overpriced. You can definitely find other places that offer better customer service and higher-quality service.

I have been beyond satisfied with my experience at Ten Spot Griffintown! The environment is spotlessly clean, staff are pleasant and accommodating. I was reluctant to have half-tips applied to the surface of my nails (which are very thin and prone to splitting). I read about BIAB extensions being the ideal solution, but it was difficult to find a salon with proper experience with BIAB Gel Overlay Extensions. I was so happy to discover Rania at Ten Spot Griffintown…she’s so sweet, is an absolute genius with the technique, and I had a “refill” done this morning. My nails have never looked this amazing, and they don’t feel at all fake!

Calm atmosphere. Nice staff. About 10 minutes after my manicure was finished the polish started shrinking. Lack of competent staff or poor quality nail polish? I won't be returning. Their online booking system isn't reliable and won't let me add more than 1 service at a time.

Loved the facial! It was so relaxing with the long face massage at the end. Sara was very professional and gave me great tips for my skincare routine. Price quality all around 10/10 great service
