SUKOSHI in Toronto

There was a sale on kpop albums and it was buy 2 get 30% off. I wanted the BTS albums but it looked like they were low on stock, so I asked the employees if they had any more before I make my purchase of the one I picked up. One of the employees said it wasn't her section but checked the POS anyways. She asked another employee walking by to check since it was "his section". He told me that he has to help another guest first before checking (which is understandable). So I waited. But then I noticed that one of the store's employees came to shop on her off day and the guy who said he was gonna help me check was talking to her for 10+ minutes. I waited, only for him to disappear into the back and not come out for the next 10 minutes. I ended up asking another staff at the cashier, who asked his manager. His manager who told me that they didn't have any more, only the ones on the shelf without looking more (I already browsed the shelf, which is why I was asking to see if the store had any other albums by chance). I ended up waiting for 30 minutes total, which was a waste of my time. I wish they told me from the get go that there wasn't any left over, instead of saying they'll check, only to not check and leave me waiting. Edit: went on March 8, 2026, 4:15-4:45pm.

Sabrina made my visit such a good experience. I was overwhelmed by all the lip gloss options, and she took the time to ask what I liked and gave really thoughtful recommendations. She’s friendly, relatable, and just genuinely nice to talk to. I ended up with a gloss I love. Customer service like that makes a huge difference.

Customer service was great! Sabrina helped me at checkout and asked if I wanted to open the blind boxes I purchased so I could trade if there were ones I didn’t want which I thought was sweet and considerate. Just loved her overall energy to be honest, and it was a good experience for me. I got the plush I really wanted so I think she was a goodluck charm for me, thank you girl 😭🫶💞

Sukoshi Mart at STC carries top Korean and Japanese brands ranging from K-Beauty, snacks, stationery, lifestyle, home goods, trending anime collectibles and must-have K-pop items. I've been shopping at this location for about a year for skin care products, birthday gifts, toys, bags, keychains, accessories, and my latest purchase was a kpop lightstick for the group "Twice" (sang "Strategy" in Kpop Demon Hunters). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I'm usually dealing with Sabrina but the other staff members are equally helpful like Miki, Jess and Joseph. I love this store ❤️ The customer service is always wonderful. Keep up the amazing work! 👏

This is the first time I went this location and I was well taking care of by some of the nicest girls I’ve ever met. Sabrina and Janine have impeccable customer service and made me feel so comfortable while in the store they also were able to locate everything I was looking for in a timely manner and carefully explain everything to me before I purchased everything. I would definitely come back again in the future! Definitely the best Sukoshi Mart location I have ever gone to. these girls should definitely be promoted. They’re amazing. 🩷
