Great place for brows and pedicure too! I was able to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted in a clean efficient manner! they were great!

It pains me to do this but I would have wanted to know prior to going in for a Brazilian what I was getting myself into. First and foremost the room had equipment that was super dirty which was probably a sign I should have left. 1. I don’t think the person performing the service has any training in sugaring. She was not able to wax properly. She was getting stuck in places and then started wiping off the excess sugar mix off my labia with a wet rag. Then she started using a regular wax strips instead of using the sugar mix to pull the hair out. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing. As a result she went beyond the allotted time. I’ve had sugaring done many a time before but I’ve never experienced such bad service. It was absolutely horrendous. 2. Before she started she confirmed that I wanted a Brazilian with the landing strip of hair left in the middle. I said no, I wanted a Brazilian which is all hair off. She proceeded to inform me that that’s the Hollywood and is more expensive. Upon returning home I looked it up and learned that a full Brazilian is sometimes called the Hollywood. So she was wrong. I do not recommend this place for sugaring.

Great experience. Clean place. Staff is helpful and customer service is beyond the expectations. I was offered coffee as I had my nails done. They took care of my nails and removed the powder color off my nails with gentle and care. They wrre helpful with selecting the color and finish. They offer head massage and other services including waxing. Very spacious and no waiting time. I was pampered and would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. The place is beautiful and clean. The service 100/10. They are quick to do your nails, have MANY colors to choose and everyone is really nice. 100% recommend this place.

I have gone to Sugar Beauty Bar several times in the past couple of years and I always got great service and nails. Unfortunately, when I went this week for a classic manicure, the service was rushed and the nails were sub-par. The same day I got my nails done, they started to chip and wrinkle (even though my friend and I let our nails dry for more than 20 minutes - they had said we only needed to wait 10 minutes). Two days later I called about coming in and getting them cleaned up free of charge. On the phone, I was assured that this would be no problem. However, when I arrived later that day, they would not fix my nails and were going to charge me for it. I was disappointed with the service. It makes me sad to write this negative review because I’ve had many great experiences here in the past. However, now I will not be returning.
