Spice Beauty Bar in Vancouver

The last 2 times I went in there was only 1 person working. The last time I went in was on the 23rd of August. I have been dealing with folliculitis in a very uncomfortable spot since then. She was pretty rough on me. Not one of the girls that is the best at it. Not sure what is happening. This used to be my favorite place that I told all of my friends about and handed out business cards for. Not sure what is happening. Used to be 3 girls working. I hope this place gets better again. I will miss the chocolate wax 😢 I would add a picture of my folliculitis but it would be deemed an inappropriate picture. Needless to say folliculitis on the labia is a complete nightmare. Missing work today so I don't interrupt the healing process by covering it up.

Called multiple times to book, never answered, didn't call back. Went in, was told 15 minutes, payed for parking, waited 20 minutes and the woman totally forgot I was waiting and let someone else ahead of me (then lied that the lady had an appointment). Not happy. Been going here for years and the regular girls weren't there. Finding a new spot from now on.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. Ally is my absolute favourite—she's quick, gentle, and shapes my brows perfectly every time. That said, all the ladies here are incredibly skilled. The service is consistent, professional, and friendly.

Went there for a Brazilian and under arm wax and the girl was amazing! They were able to squeeze me in the same day which was so nice of them and she was super professional the entire time. I’ve gotten waxed for many years by many people and this was the most painless and quickest wax I’ve ever had. Seriously in and out in 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Love these guys! Have been going to them for a while and they always have times, always flexible, great prices and SUPER LOVELY. I go for threading and never ever had a bad experience. Highly recommend. Allie today was so quick and made my eyebrows look amazing.
