Outstanding care & truly personalized treatment. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Sparrow MD Advanced Medical Aesthetics in Vancouver and felt compelled to share it. I received lipolysis treatment with Dr. Tessa Stark, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Stark is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but genuinely kind, attentive, and invested in her patients. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment, answer every question I had, and ensure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her approach is incredibly personal — you never feel rushed or like “just another patient.” The clinic itself is beautiful, professional, and welcoming- all the staff were fantastic to deal with as well.

I have appreciate how kind and thoughtful everyone is at Sparrow MD. I had no idea what to do or what my options were when I initially came in... they always took the time to understand, explain, offer but never push or pressure. My skin has greatly benefited from Tatiana's expertise and working with Dr. Zhai, I feel much more confident and comfortable overall. Absolutely recommend

Everyone there is so great, and the reception staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely love Dr. Zhai. She is so lovely and genuinely personable with her patients. She even remembered me despite it being over a year since my last visit, which really meant a lot. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Cant say enough positive things about Sparrow, Dr Zhai and the entire team. Every interaction has been so attentive and informative. I decided to get more serious about my skin care routine and feel so satisfied with the program I received. Ive been using it for over two months and am happily noticing the benefits. Dr Zhai is the best, she takes the time to walk through the options, discuss any concerns and the results have been amazing with each treatment.

Not recommended. It was my first and last visit, worst experience. Misleading booking, poor coordination, lack of accountability or apology, disrespect for clients’ time, unprofessional handling of complaints, and poor customer service. I booked the mandatory consultation and paid the full amount $125 in advance (just to confirm the booking). Only because the clinic refused to provide any estimate cost range over the phone, which is unusual. The reciptionist Rebeca confirmed to me multiple times over the phone, also once I arrived, that "I can start the treatment immediately and it's booked in same day right after the consultation and there's enough time for it". During my consultation with Dr. Stark: • She did not review my intake form and missed my stated allergy to a certain numbing cream ingredient. • I was interested in buying multiple sessions/body areas in advance, and asked for a discounted quotation for this package (which is a common offer in all clinics and businesses, buy more, pay in advance, get a discount). Dr. Stark said she "does not decide pricing", although the purpose of the consultation was to provide a tailored plan and quotation! She quoted full per-area prices with no package discount, despite my interest in booking multiple areas at once, but that's the clinic policy, so I decided to move forward with first treatment anyways. • She (denied) that I was booked for same-day treatment after the consultation, said "they were closing now", implied it was "my fault" for being 10min “late”, and showed (no apology), or (effort to resolve) the issue, like it was (my problem) to deal with their scheduling (mistake)! I had to confirm again with the receptionist Rebeca about the booking and Dr. Stark's schedule, and she (contradicted) the doctor, showed poor coordination, and (dismissed) the mistake. She checked the doctor's again and confirmed again "there's still enough time for the treatment right now". I was left lost between the two, they (didn't want) to communicate with each other's to resolve this issue, leaving it for the client to go back and forth between them, which is very unprofessional and disrespectful! Not even a (refund) was offered for consultation fee $125, I was only told it will be saved as a (credit) and could only be used toward a (future) treatment. It was obvious that I was not interested to book any future treatment after this experience! Only after I (insisted) and after the discussion happened in front of another client, I got my refund.
