We booked a couples massage and got Ines and Yosra. They were both amazing, would definitely recommend! The spa was also great and had nice amenities, including snacks. Would visit again!

We had a pleasant visit to Spa Escale Santé—clean facilities, soothing saunas and steam, comfy relaxation zones, and plenty of thoughtful touches like smoothies, tea, and snacks. The staff were friendly, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. That said, it’s hard to call it a true Nordic spa when the “ice baths” aren’t actually cold. The 17 °C plunge felt more lukewarm than invigorating, which was a bit disappointing if you’re hoping for that real hot–cold therapy contrast. If your goal is pure relaxation, you’ll likely enjoy the experience. But if you’re seeking the bracing jolt and health benefits of a proper cold plunge, you might leave wishing for something a little icier.

I really want to highlight that the staff working behind the scenes are friendly and do a great job — they truly deserve praise. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist is an absolute nightmare. Every time I call to book an appointment, I get attitude and rude behavior. For example, I politely ask who I’m speaking with, and she flat-out refuses to give her name, saying only “the receptionist.” When I tried to address the issue and ask what her problem was, she responded with more rudeness. I even warned her that I would be leaving a review because of her attitude, and she had the nerve to say, “Sure, go ahead!” It’s incredibly disappointing that the first point of contact for clients is treated with such disrespect. I hope management steps in because the receptionist’s attitude is damaging what could otherwise be a great experience.

Booked a couple’s massage here as I thought I’d try out a new spa. Our experience started out pretty good, the girl who booked our appointment over the phone was super nice & helpful. She was also there onsite & explained everything to us. I wish I knew her name! The spa itself looks & feels nice, it was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the baths for a bit before our massage. We were told one of our massage therapists would be late, which was fine. When she finally arrived, there was not much of an apology for the wait but whatever. The massage was good. This is where I started having an issue. Receptionists aren’t very friendly & one of them was on their phone when we left. I have insurance so I asked for receipts for the both of us to submit. Apparently my guest’s therapist — the same one that came late — didn’t have any left (?) I found that to be very unprofessional & inconvenient. When calling to request it again, I was told they couldn’t do anything and to contact customer service. I sent them a detailed e-mail & got no response at all — they basically ignored it… A few days later they end up sending the receipt to my guest’s e-mail with again, no apology for the inconvenience. Besides that one girl I talked to, this place really needs to work on their customer service. Their prices aren’t cheap either so I expected better!

It's lovely and so relaxing! First,at the reception the girls are very polite and smiling! If it's your first time someone will show you around! Also at the reception you leave your jacket and your boots and I like it.Then you have separate washrooms with locker and showers, and depends on your package you have a clean towel,bathrobe. The spa space is big and like in photos,very cozy and relaxing! The relaxing spot is nice, you find there apples,tea,dark chocolate,cold water and very delicious smooties! I had a 30 min chocolate hydromassage which is awsome,I enjoyed very much!I like the place because it's clean,cozy and you can relax 100%. The massage and the pedicure are fantastic,thank you girls! I felt like a princess! I really recommend this spa!
