I had a great experience seeing Nurse Tiffany for Dysport. She has a very gentle hand and was extremely knowledgeable about exactly where to inject to achieve the results I was looking for. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and am very happy I went to see her. I will definitely be back to see her again. A little hard to get parking at the building but lots of street parking options only a short walk away.

Ridiculous I never would want to return to this place. I just got scheduled for my 9th session for my laser appointment and it is on 29th 9 weeks from today. I paid the cancellation fee that I do not mind. Even though I asked about booking and the person I was on the phone with said we book every 6 weeks.I am so over this place. They are very good at taking your money and never providing good services. If I pay the cancellation fee I have the right to be scheduled in 6 weeks.Their laser technician changes very often. I just want to make comment about that ,with them changing technician very often I feel uncomfortable cause you would just get to used to one technician and they just change them not to mention every one of them have their own way of doing the job and most of them do a horrible job from my experience . It is not even that they change them for a good one. Please save your money

I highly recommend to spend the extra money, and go ANYWHERE else. The price was great, and my experience reflected that price. I should've known better. I purchased 12 laser hair removal sessions. I did not complete my 12 sessions as it was not worth my peace & my time for the little results I was getting. Seeing how this business treats their clientele, by my own negative experience and all the negative reviews, I can't imagine how the staff is treated. The fast turnover rate of staff I witnessed in my short time seeking laser hair removal treatment speaks volumes. The only staff this business had available for me were young, unprofessional, uneducated, and had no confidence in the treatments they were providing. Frankly they simply did not know how to use the machine and it resulted in my first 4 sessions being practically ineffective. The only staff who has proven themselves and redeemed this awful experience is Latifa (apologies if name is misspelt) with her knowledge of the machine and my hair type, she managed to get a few good sessions in for me. This business up and moved very far away from their original location without warning to existing clients, and without any care of the impact this may have to them. This resulted in me having to drive 45 minutes ONE WAY for these appointments vs the original 15 minute drive when I decided to book the 12 sessions. This business is struggling in more ways than one and it shows through lack of care, professionalism and competence. The staff is unhappy and so are the clients. Do not go here.

I booked the year of laser hair sessions and have been working with Lubna. I could not be happier with the booking process, the actual sessions, and the progress I’m already seeing after 5 sessions. Lubna takes the time to explain why she does things a certain way, made sure I understood what to do/not to do to ensure my skin was safe, and has made me incredibly comfortable during the sessions. I got an amazing deal on the package and so glad I tried out something that felt like too good of a deal to be real :)
