It was my first time at Skinprovement. I had a facial and right away my skin looked radiant, after a few days, even better. Rosalia is very friendly and welcoming and skilled at what she does. I must also mention that the spa is absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed with the whole experience, that I am going back for further skin treatments.

I had a buccal massage today with Evie, who was absolutely EXCELLENT. She was kind, professional and very talented. I would highly recommend her and thought it was worth the $165 price. What I found off-putting was the request for a $25 tip after from the machine handed to me by the receptionist. At that price, I would hope that the owner would pay her staff adequately so that clients wouldn't have to go through that awkwardness of a $25 suggested tip at the time of payment. If a client wants to pay above and beyond $165, they would ask. There are many places that offer massages that don't do this and I would suggest you patronize them instead. Evie was fantastic and if this didn't happen, I would likely come to see her every month.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mom, who had an appointment today at 12:30. She said it was by far the best facial treatment she’s had in a long time, and she was incredibly impressed with Mishel’s work. Not only did Mishel do a fantastic job, but she was also kind, professional, and made my mom feel completely comfortable throughout the session. My mom is already looking forward to coming back next month! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the incredible care and generosity I received here. After going through cancer treatment, I was left with thinning eyebrows that really affected my confidence. I was overwhelmed with gratitude when I found out they offered free microblading for eyebrows to cancer survivors — a beautiful way of giving back to those who have already been through so much. The treatment was gentle, professional, and done with so much compassion. The results? Absolutely amazing. My brows look fuller and more natural, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again when I look in the mirror. What they are doing for cancer survivors is truly amazing — not just restoring brows, but restoring confidence and dignity. If you or someone you love is going through or recovering from cancer, I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
