So grateful I found Visa!!! I had been looking at many different laser hair removal places all over Metro Vancouver as I'm very picky with laser treatments. I found SkinPro on Google maps and booked the $20 patch test that went toward my first session. I explained to Visa that I have very sensitive armpits that are prone to PIH and she took my concern seriously and asked me questions about my skin type to make sure we avoid having PIH. I felt so at ease with her and when I found out she had previously been a medical doctor in Thailand, I knew I could trust her expertise. She also has a ton of experience with SE Asian skin which made me feel very comfortable. I bought the 5 session laser package with her (which just finished today) and I'm so impressed with the results. I wish I could book more sessions with Visa, but I'm moving away. I highly recommend SkinPro for your laser hair removal needs!!! I found the pain to be very manageable, and I didn't experience any negative side effects after my sessions. I'm very impressed with the skin tightening service using the Venus Viva MD. Only after two treatments, my face is noticeably firmer, slimmer, younger. Many people even complimented me on it. Visa is very attentive. She explained and answered all my questions and accommodated my needs. The price is also very reasonable. Highly highly recommended!!

Dr.Aim made me feel incredibly comfortable and well-informed. She explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and ensured I knew what to expect every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. The sensation was a bit uncomfortable at first, but it was nothing compared to the irritation and redness I would get from traditional hair removal methods.
