An update!. I had my PRP facial done with Nurse Angelina, and I am extremely impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. Her hand was so light that I couldn’t even find the spot where she drew my blood. She took great care of the areas I was concerned about, especially under my eyes and around my nose, and she did an amazing job. Before this, I never knew that I needed to mention my neck add-on when making a reservation. That might be why, during my first two treatments with other staff, I received fewer injections on my neck. Nurse Angelina took the time to properly treat both my face and neck, ensuring I got the full benefit of the service. I am truly grateful for her thoroughness. She is also incredibly kind and even offered me 10 free units of Botox. Overall, Nurse Angelina went above and beyond, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring provider. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Many thanks to Tanya for my PRP add on treatment. She’s truly an expert in her craft. I mentioned the specific areas of concern (around my eyes and nose), and she delivered outstanding results. The improvement was remarkably clear immediately after the session. I genuinely wish Tanya could treat me every time I visit. Exceptional work! If there were ten stars to give, she would absolutely deserve them all. What also impressed me was the receptionist at the front desk. She was exceptionally helpful. I was looking to purchase DP products and inquired about a cleanser. She promptly returned with the items I requested and even took the time to find the right cleansing product for me. Her assistance was greatly appreciated!

Skin Vitality port credit is Awesome the staff is kind and knowledgeable. I always come here for my botox I see Tanya and Navreek based on who is available and aligns with my schedule. Both ladies have a gentle touch with the syringe and give me my desired results. Love the ladies here highly recommend getting your treatments here ❤️

I was in the area and searched for Botox treatment centers in Mississauga. The Internet presence was attracting me to book an appointment the same day. I was fortunate to get a spot here. First, I met the lady at the front, who was very friendly and welcoming. After filling out some general and medical questions, Adrianna welcomed me to the consultation. Adrianna is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. After a couple of minutes, she called my nurse, Ruby, who came in for the shot dose assessment based on my results. Adrianna quickly calculated the cost and asked if I was ok with it. After this was done, I went to my Nurse Ruby in the treatment room, where she had prepared the suggested dose. After a picture, Ruby started with the treatment. She worked clean, precisely, and what I consider efficient and super friendly. After a couple of days, I saw the result, and it was exactly how I wanted it, which means Ruby made the right dose choices, injected it into the correct areas, and set the proper depth! Welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, professional! Long story short, I would recommend Ruby and the Skin Vitality Clinic in Mississauga!

Avoid this place like the plague!!! A first timer may see the clinical appearance of this place and think it’s professional. Honestly it’s nothing but a total scam!! Been doing treatments for a decade and was informed I needed 50- something units in my FOREHEAD ALONE!!! I’ve never received more than 25 in my entire face, EVER. I told them that was out of my comfort zone and I was told that they wouldn’t guarantee any of their work unless I did 40 something units in my forehead alone. WHAT!?! Anyway, I was new to town and desperately needed an appointment but only used them this one time. I left with bruising- again, first time ever. They send promos which makes me think they’re cheap and desperate for business. Which makes sense, because I cannot be the first one to realize this business is a total scam. I have been asking since 2023 to be removed from their spam text lists. Last year I escalated and was promised I’d be removed from all mass mailing lists. This year alone I was messaged Jan 5. I asked to be removed from list. Messaged Oct 4. I reminded them I’ve been asked to be removed from this list for approximately 2 years, and advised I would be making a review if it continued. Oct 16. Shayna is ready to see me again and offering free services!!!! 🙄 November 9. More free Botox from Shayna! November 18–/ Shayna wants to give me more free Botox! Don’t wait, sign up now!! Honestly I’ve seen classier service from a used car salesman. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I absolutely love this clinic! The facility is so clean, modern, and beautifully maintained — it has such a calming vibe that makes every visit feel like a treat. The staff are all so warm and welcoming, and they always make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish. My aesthetician, Angelica, is truly an angel! She’s been doing my DP4 treatments, and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s so kind and gentle, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how she never misses reminding me about all my post-treatment care — she genuinely cares about my skin and always knows exactly what it needs. I’ve seen such great results so far, and I’m already excited for my next step — getting Botox with them soon! I know I’ll be in the best hands. Highly recommend this clinic and especially Angelica if you’re looking for a place that truly goes above and beyond for their clients.
