I went here for my first back facial in July and it was amazing. My aesthetician was Melody and she was super informative about dealing with back acne. I incorporated some of her tips on dealing with back acne and I feel that there is a noticeable difference now. I will come back again in the future!

The ladies at Skin Retreat are simply the best in the bizz! I have been a client of Annie’s and Melody’s for 2.5 years. Not only do they provide the best services - so thorough and personalized, but they also provide the best environment - so tranquil. What I love the most is how thoughtful they are in recommending products and services to me. They’ve taken the time to get to know my skin - they only recommend what they know will genuinely help me. I don't have to worry about being “sold to”. They also are always ensuring their services and equipment are top quality and industry’s best - versus other places I’ve been to in the past would have old equipment that was not as effective. This past year I spent a lot of time at the spa as I was married in June. Melody created a plan unique to my skin and needs. I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world and my skin was SKINNING. Can’t wait for my next visit :)

Annie and her staff at skin retest are THE BEST. Based on the assessment done at the spa, I had the micro-needling done. Annie advised that the results continue to reveal themselves over a few months. 6 weeks after treatment and a co-worker told me I’m aging backwards, without knowing I’d had anything ‘done’. Do I recommend Skin Retreat? Yep. Will I be going back for regular micro-needling? Yep. Will I take all of Annie’s advice forever on how to keep my skin in the best condition it can be? You betcha. Thank you, Skin Retreat!!

I’ve been coming to Skin Retreat for skincare support and laser treatments over the past 6 months, and the team here is incredible. Melody is amazing — she walked me through every step of the laser process, makes sure the treatment is always top-notch, and is such a joy to chat with. I’ve also seen Anne, who was equally lovely and knowledgeable. I appreciate that the team takes the time to check in, answer questions and make sure your skincare plan actually works for you (my dark spots are slowly fading and I actually have a much better grasp of how to decode skincare ingredients). Couldn’t recommend them more!

Edit: I mention in my review below about the wonderful aesthetician who greeted me and how I wish I got her name as I would like to personally acknowledge her, I have since learned her name is Rebecca! Thank you Rebecca for welcoming me so warmly and I can’t wait to touch base with you again to discuss services with you to get me wedding ready! I had my first visit and Botox service with Nurse Anne at Skin Retreat today and let me start off by saying, it will NOT be my last. What a great experience! The clinic is stunning, and the staff are so so nice and welcoming. The service and experience is easily one of the best I’ve had since starting Botox treatments 3-4!years ago. I was looking online for a new med spa/botox clinic that is closer to home and came across Skin Retreat, and decided to pop in on my way home from work rather than booking online as I had a few questions and I am so glad I did! I was due for a Botox touch up but also with my wedding coming up next year (and in general) I have some skin concerns I am looking and hoping to improve so I figured in person would be easier. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how gorgeous, clean, airy, and serene the clinic/waiting area is. I wish I got the name of the first staff member I spoke with/ was welcomed by because she was so friendly and I would love to personally acknowledge her. I had mentioned that I was going to book an available appointment for today online, but had a few questions and that I have no problem coming back Monday if the slot was no longer available etc she got me situated right away, she got my file/intake forms sorted, and while I was waiting she offered water, let me know where the washrooms were, asked if I needed anything, and ensured I was comfortable. I then met with Nurse Anne, who is SO nice, knowledgeable, and really took the time consulting and listening to my skin goals, discussing past history of things such as previous Botox treatments, skin treatments, how I found previous treatments etc. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process, and go over what services would be most beneficial for my skin and for what I am trying to achieve/correct with my skin (which I absolutely will be booking for the near future). I am so glad I’ve found Skin Retreat and am genuinely looking forward to future treatments and appointments there. It is evident that the staff take pride in their work, and have the clients best interests at heart. Thank you Skin Retreat staff for a wonderful visit today!
