I have to give a huge shoutout to Lena at Skin Matter — she honestly provides the best service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. She’s super knowledgeable, takes time to explain every step, and never rushes the process. I did the Tixel treatment, and I can honestly say it made a really positive difference! My skin feels smoother, tighter, and just overall healthier. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results — she follows up, gives great aftercare advice, and always goes the extra mile. If you’re thinking about doing any skin treatments, I 100% recommend seeing Lena. She’s professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Dr. Liew's knowledge, expertise, and his cheerful attitude as well as the extremely caring and friendly staff are what keep me loyal for 6 years and counting!

Great experiences at Skin Matters. Always walked out feeling satisfied and youthful with the results done by Dr. Cheng or Dr. Liew. Staff were very professional and friendly especially Stella who’s very knowledgeable and honest with her recommendations. Highly recommend this clinic.

I have been coming to skin matters for Botox for the past 2-3 years and have always had a pleasant time here. My first time getting Botox treatment was actually at this clinic, Dr. Selina Li and Stella were patient with all of my questions. I also appreciate that they gave me honest opinions. The clinic is clean and always tidy, the receptionists are lovely as well. In between coming to skin matters, I tried out another clinic but the service and treatment does not compare to what I have received here. I look forward to my visits and cannot recommend them enough!

I recently visited the clinic for some treatments and the staff were phenomenal. The front desk staff were friendly and greeted me right away. Eric was super knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had. He was also able to offer me the total of my treatment before they started and did not force any additional treatments or packages onto me. Dr. Young performed my treatment and I could barely feel it! No joke. I highly highly recommend him. Eric and Dr. Young are the reasons why I will be coming back to Skin Matters in the future. Customer service was just overall amazing and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
