I can’t say enough amazing things about Kelly, Yu, and Miki. They are truly the dream team when it comes to eyelash extensions! 💖 The extensions look flawless full, natural, and super lightweight. Their attention to detail and kindness made the whole experience perfect. Highly recommend them! Have been going to get my lashes done with them for over 2 years now and will continue! Cant trust anyone with my lashes but them. 🫶

I’ve been coming to this salon regularly and really wanted to continue supporting them, but after my recent experience, I feel completely disrespected and disappointed.👎🏽 After getting my lashes done, I had a painful reaction in one eye for the second time. When I brought it up, the owner Craig sent a generic response blaming anything but the salon, then acted rude and dismissive when I visited in person. He literally laughed at me, didn’t say hello. When I mentioned leaving a review, he threatened to get a lawyer which says a lot about how little they care about their clients once they’ve been paid. One of the staff was kind and acknowledged the issue, but this kind of treatment from the owner is unacceptable. No real apology, no refund, and no accountability. Please be cautious, especially if you have sensitive eyes. If something goes wrong, don’t expect compassion just deflection.

I recently had an eyelash lift service with Sislash & Brow, and I must say, the results were beyond my expectations! The salon was clean and welcoming, with a calming ambiance. The results were stunning. My lashes looked naturally curled and lifted, giving my eyes a more open and awake appearance. The lift has lasted well with no signs of irritation or damage to my lashes.

Sis Lash never disappoints me, it is my second time getting my eyelashes extensions, and I am always happy to come back. I did the first one for my birthday weekend, and it was classic, very natural, and it was the best weekend of my life. Today tops it all, I did Hybrid Cat Eye, and I am so happy. It is so comfortable to have eyelash extensions, no burn and no discomfort. I usually do not like too much for my eyelashes, but this does not feel heavy nor too much. I always wear glasses, it can be uncomfortable to have eyelashes extensions, but Sis Lash makes it comfortable for me to wear my glasses. The boss is accommodating, and my technician is impressively satisfied from the beginning to the end. Thank you for making my day start well, and I hope to be back in a month for a refill ❤️❤️.
