It was a wonderful experience, and I can’t even begin to express how much positive change I’ve felt. The clinic is a clear, welcoming, and well-maintained space, and the staff are exceptionally experienced and caring. I went to Silk for skin tag removal, I had a few on my neck due to hormonal changes. I was feeling really insecure so I looked up a few different Med-spa clinics and I found this one to be the best fit for me. When I got to the clinic the staff was very friendly and professional, the reception area was very well kept, organized and aesthetically pleasing. Fives Greeted me then she did an intake form with me, she had patience, professionalism and overall made me feel comfortable for my appointment. I did let her know I was nervous since I never had any aesthetic procedures done, so she took the time to explain everything to me in detail so that I fully understood we I appreciated. She showed advanced knowledge and understanding which also made me feel confident within her ability to take care of my appointment and continue with the procedure. My procedure went well and it was a relieving and easy procedure for first timers like me. Overall with everything I would say a 10/10 for the clinic and I will be booking again for any other med-spa and beauty needs! Thank you silk team 💕

I had a great experience at Clinic. The staff was very polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Everything was explained properly and the clinic is clean and well maintained. I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good skin care treatments

I love Silk Aesthetic. They are the first company I tried when it came to starting my journey with laser hair removal/treatment. I originally went in to try the underarm lightening, but a consult with the owner, she educated me on what was realistic and achievable...which I appreciated so that I didn't waste my money. All the staff are well trained, and so kind and warm- making me feel very comfortable during sessions around the areas of my body I am so self conscious about. The results have been amazing too despite having very coarse, thick body hair. Doing laser has helped my back and neck pain so much. They also made me feel understood and heard, as I was experiencing a lot in my personal life and were so empathetic and accommodating when I was not feeling like myself. They really do treat you like family. I would highly recommend Silk Esthetic!
