I had my first Thermage FLX full face lifting procedure done with Winnie this past weekend and my experience was beyond my expectations. Starting from my consultation to the procedure, every step was explained thoroughly ensuring that I was informed every step of the way. Despite the procedure being slightly uncomfortable, Winnie was wonderful in cheering me along the whole time making the whole experience really pleasant. Overall, everyone was friendly and professional which made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this company specifically Winnie for any beauty services.

First time client, the staff members Teresa and Sahar were very warm, friendly, informative and made me felt very relaxed and comfortable during consultation and treatment. Not like some places that off the back are very pushy on selling packages etc before a treatment. Had a microneedling and exosomes done which was surprisingly painless. Can’t wait to see results and definitely will be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Richmond Hill location. I have been visiting this center for ages and have tried all the services they offer, including IV drips, Hydrafacials, Picosure, PicoWay, IPL, microneedling, slimming treatments, and Ultherapy. I am very particular about who treats my face, and Sahar is the only practitioner I trust. This is why I keep returning to this location. She is exceptional—gentle, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I have visited their FMP and Yonge and Eglinton locations, but I always prefer this one. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. From the manager, Simone, to the team, everyone greets you with a smile and ensures you feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend this location for its excellent service; it far surpasses the other places I’ve tried in the past. If you’re looking for flawless skin, I encourage you to try one of their skin and wellness services. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied, especially after my microneedling or Hydrafacial treatments.
