Fire Dr Juliet and I'll fire you guys! She's such a dear! I've tried a lot of massage therapy and every kind of physical therapy, and no one beats her. Such a beast. Doctor Cho did great chiropractic and he did TMJ for my jaw. I feel so much better and more mindful in term of my posture and pain. I don't have to crack back myself that much anymore :) I can sleep now! Also shout out to the admin crew. You guys put up with me and help me with my "very flexible" schedule :) From your client, Savannah, who spent her insurance happily and unapologetically almost solely on you guys.

I tore my ACL in march 2025. I had a pretty bad experience with healthcare when this happened until I came here and saw Varuna. Varuna is friendly, patient but also know how to push you! I saw her for around four months. I remember my first visit I wasn’t walking properly and had a knee brace and left walking close to normal! Now I can run, dance and do aerial sports like I did before my injury! I’m super super grateful for Varuna. I truly don’t think any other physio could do what she did for me :)

Dr. Suk's team at Rosedale Wellness Centre is amazing! I am being treated for chronic pain at their clinic. Elizabeth Sohn's (acupuncturist) treatment over the last few months has really helped me a lot with chronic pain. She was able to understand underlying root causes and provide excellent treatment. Dr. Tobias Chung has been helping me as well and he has been amazing with the functional chiropractic treatment which has helped with neck pain management. Overall a very positive experience at Rosedale Wellness with easy billing/appointment bookings and reminders!

Varuna rocks! We did physio together for 3 months for a broken ankle - I came in the day after my cast/crutches were removed, needing to re-learn how to walk on that leg. She got me walking without an aircast/boot within 2 weeks, and we focused the remaining time on bringing back ankle mobility and removing scar tissue to avoid future pain. Varuna was super knowledgable - explaining the rationale behind her work, and answering every single question I had. She was also just a pleasure to spend 30mins every week with - very easy to chat and connect with :) would highly recommend Varuna to anyone working through an injury recovery!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jae Hyun Cho for a few months now and can honestly say he’s one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever been to. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never rushes the treatment. I always leave feeling so much better — both physically and mentally. The entire team at Rosedale Wellness Centre is also super welcoming and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for thoughtful, effective care in a calm and clean environment
