I do not recommend at all! I went for a simple waxing of eyebrows and upper lip, it took 45 mins the initial time, never in my life have I experienced such a bad experience! So 45 mins, then I noticed I still had lots of eyebrows and upper lip hair and so another person did it again! I ended up with such a swollen face that I had to take the following day off! Not to mention the face rash, like little blisters that I had to treat with cortizone cream for 2 weeks as directed by the pharmacist. Also, spent so much unnecessary time at the clinic because of the up-selling of their products which is let me tell you, putting lots of pressure for you to give in and buy. I also got my nose pierced, I thought it would be done with a real piercing needle and jewelry, guess what, 79$ plus taxes for a punch gun piercing with an ugly stud and nothing to keep it locked in your nose! I was shocked, usually for that price you get 2 piercings and with a real piercing needle and a reasonable safe jewelry that can stay on for 2 weeks until healed. Anyways, cost me more than 160$, for a swollen face, blisters, 1 day sick leave, prescribed cortizone, the purchase and installation of a safe nose stud with a real professional (cost me 50$), a waste of my time, and annoyance with selling pressure. Never in my life have I had this type of experience. Save your skin ladies! Dont get any botox either, my sister also experienced a really bad experience, she pretty much got screwed with their promotion for 40 units of botox which they pressure her to get 80 instead, it ended up costing her 900$ instead of the real promo price! She had anxiety for 2 weeks after as her eyelids are basically dropping and she has a hard time opening her eyes! After consulting with another CERTIFIED clinician, she was advised that 30 or 40 should have been the maximum units, especially for a first time! Rocaderm promises to do a follow-up with my sister and they never did! BAD BAD BAD 👎 I strongly do not recommend them!
