I’ve had multiple laser hair removal appointments with Jessa and I appreciate how knowledgeable she is about her job, anytime I have a question she immediately helps me understand and that makes me feel very good knowing that the person doing my laser hair removal is extremely educated and passionate! She is so kind and walks me through each step with ease and the results from my underarm LSHR are amazing. I definitely recommend seeing Jessa!!!!

I am so impressed with this clinic! I had an amazing hydra facial with a skilled and lovely professional and I was so happy with the results I booked another appointment immediately. I also had some other aesthetics done by a nurse practitioner and she really helped me decide exactly what I wanted and her service was perfect. The assistant helping was extremely professional too making the procedure easy and anxiety free. The reception was warm and friendly. The consultant who helped me through my personalized consultation was fabulous. She knew everything there was to know about the products and services and was perfect at educating me and helping me find just the right services for me. Never did I feel pressured or like I was in a hard sell situation. I'm so glad I've found this clinic! It's also beautifully decorated with a high end feel.

I had my SylfirmX treatment with nurse Lydia, and she did such a great job! Her technique was professional and gentle, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. My consultant Lini was also super helpful and friendly, explaining everything clearly and guiding me through the whole process. The service from both of them was excellent. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Love this clinic! Went to Vancouver Laser before , started to visit this one when they opened a location in Burnaby. The staff are very friendly and techs are very professional , especially Harman. She was incredibly professional , patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, set realistic expectations, and answer all of my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed. I felt completely confident and safe in their hands. Also I see results!! That is the most important thing, highly recommend!

I had my beard removed at Rmedy and was very satisfied with the result! The environment is comfortable and the team is professional, which makes you feel at ease. Monique and the technician Leticia were very attentive and patient. The overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
