I had an excellent experience at Renovo Clinic. I did a CoolSculpting treatment and the results were absolutely amazing—honestly beyond my expectations. From the initial consultation to the follow-up, everything was handled with great professionalism and care, Renova is the best. I would especially like to highlight Nurse Tiba. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. She clearly explained every step before and during the treatment, and her expertise and confidence really stood out. I highly recommend Renovo Clinic to anyone considering CoolSculpting or any aesthetic treatment. Outstanding results and top-level service!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Renovo Medical Clinic, both at the Mississauga ( previously located in lakeshore ) and Etobicoke locations. I completed six Brazilian laser hair removal sessions at the Mississauga location, and the results were very unsatisfactory. Each session lasted less than five minutes for the entire area and was extremely painful. Later, during a session with a nurse at the Etobicoke location, I was told that certain areas appeared as though they had never been treated at all, which was shocking after six paid sessions. What makes this situation worse is the lack of professionalism and accountability from management. The Mississauga manager personally recommended the technician who treated me and reassured me about her qualifications when I raised concerns after my very first session. I trusted that guidance, only to end up deeply disappointed with both the results and the quality of care. Customer support from BOTH locations was extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. I was repeatedly promised follow-up calls and solutions—from both managers and the Etobicoke team—but no one ever followed through. Calls were not returned, and concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, upsetting, and far below expectations for a medical laser clinic. Based on the poor results, unprofessional staff, and lack of proper customer support, I would not consider resuming or recommending laser treatments at Renovo Clinic at either location.

She was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the treatment, which made me feel completely at ease. Her technique was gentle yet thorough, and I could immediately tell she had strong clinical expertise paired with a caring touch. During the procedure, she customized the treatment based on my skin concerns and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The results were incredible — my skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter right away. I also appreciated the personalized skincare recommendations she provided afterward. Overall, Nurse Tiba, delivered a professional, relaxing, and highly effective HydraFacial experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their skin with a skilled and attentive provider.
