Dr. Woo is an excellent dermatologist. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and cared for. Dr. Woo took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and well organized. I truly appreciated Dr. Woo’s expertise, patience, and compassionate approach. Truthfully, I was a bit disappointed with my appointment. Dr. was 45 minutes late, and then seemed as though he had no time to work with me. Both the nurse and the doctor rushed me through the appointment. The nurse would barely let me answer one question about my concern before she started asking the next. I waited over a month for this referral, hoping to get a clearer picture of my skin concern. The doctor looked at my skin for 1 second, and then gave me 1 option for treatment even though I told him I had some concerns with oral medication. He spent a total of 3 minutes with me, and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. No talk about helpful skincare/recommendations, prevention, nothing. I was hoping to talk about retinal and/or other anti-aging treatments, as well as have a mole looked at. I even wrote that on the form where it asked if there was anything else I was interested in talking about. However, he didn’t have time for that. Overall, the place is beautiful, the front staff were lovely and kind, and I am hopeful I did get the solution for my concern. I just wish I was treated more like a human than a number.

I received treatment and assistance today from Christine P. She was excellent in all ways. She was respectful, helpful, informative and proficient. She started with an Aktca treatment on my face - very careful and attentive to how the treatment was affecting me. After my skin scan by Dr Guo, she removed stitches from my right forearm that were in place from some small surgery by Dr Guo about 2 weeks ago. She explained what she was doing and provided advice on how I should care for the wound area in the coming week. I was very pleased with the help provided by Christine and highly commend her for her "patient care" skills.
