GoogleI had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this clinic. During one of my laser hair removal sessions, I was burned by the technician. This was not a minor issue — the burn required follow-up care and ongoing treatment, which has been both stressful and costly. What’s even more troubling is how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, showing accountability, or offering any form of compensation or refund, the clinic completely dismissed my concerns. There was no genuine apology, no support, and no effort to make things right. When you trust a clinic with your skin and safety, professionalism and proper training are the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I would strongly caution others to think twice before booking services at this clinic. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
