This is my first time getting laser hair removal and I am really happy with my experience here. The location is convenient and the service is quick. They have great packages which I bought and am glad I did. Sheher is very friendly. I plan to buy more packages and recommend to my friends.

I was initially very happy with the service I received at Queensway Laser during my first package of six sessions, especially given the affordable pricing. However, my experience took a disappointing turn after I purchased a second six-pack. Last month, during my 4th session (face and underarm), I was told that the cooling system for the laser machine was broken and that a replacement part was being shipped. The experience was extremely uncomfortable. The cooler plays a critical role in making the treatment tolerable by minimizing pain and irritation, and without it, the session was painful and left my skin irritated for a full day. I made sure to let my technician know how uncomfortable it was. Six weeks later, I returned for my next session, fully expecting the issue to be resolved, but I was shocked to hear the cooler still hadn’t been fixed and was “still being shipped.” I find it hard to believe that a crucial part for a laser clinic has been in transit for over two months. For a business where the quality of service is so directly tied to equipment functionality, I expected this to be a top priority. What’s worse is that I received no prior warning. After clearly expressing how painful my last session was without the cooler, I would have appreciated at least a heads-up so I could reschedule or make an informed decision. Instead, I’ve paid for a full-service experience and have been treated with a broken machine. Look, I understand that equipment issues happen, and I would’ve been understanding if this had been resolved within a reasonable timeframe. But two months without fixing a key part of your machine? That’s simply unprofessional. I’m genuinely disappointed in how this has been handled.
