Felt really disappointed and disrespected after my recent appointment. I had an appointment booked for 5pm, but the clinic called to ask if I could come in sooner. I agreed to the requested 4:15pm time as I wanted to be helpful, though I would have been happy to keep my original time. After receiving confirmation for the updated time, I was surprised that I ended up waiting until 4:53pm before I was seen. What made the situation more disappointing was that I was the only person in the waiting room the whole time, and no one acknowledged the long wait, apologized, or checked in at all (this would have made all the difference). I could hear the front staff chatting casually about non-work related things - including at one point with Nancy who I had my appointment with - so it didn’t seem like the delay was due to being unusually busy. By the time I was finally seen (the delay was still not mentioned / acknowledged), I felt overlooked as a patient, and the overall experience left a really bad taste. Even as I left, the front desk staff barely glanced my way which felt very dismissive and flippant. I had emailed the clinic privately to share my feedback, hoping for a simple acknowledgment, but did not receive any response. I won’t be returning, but I hope the clinic takes this as constructive feedback. Small things—like communication, acknowledgment, and basic courtesy—make a significant difference in a client’s experience.

The Qesthetics team at the Yorkville location are absolutely amazing! I have worked with both Nancy & Weronika for different facial issues: from getting ready for my wedding to clearing up some stubborn acne. They are all very professional and knowledgeable in what they do and if you trust the process, you will be rewarded with the amazing results. Highly recommend Weronika! I've seen Weronika three times now for angioma laser on my face and she is truly amazing. She totally put me at ease and made it virtually painless. And my angiomas are gone!! I will absolutely be going back to her if any more pop up or if I want to look into other treatments. The office is so nice, reception is super friendly and welcoming, and I totally look forward to going there. 10/10 recommend!
