From the moment you walk in, the space is immaculately clean, calming, and always smells amazing, clearly run with a high standard of hygiene and professionalism. Suzy herself is exceptional: kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. What truly sets her apart is the level of care and precision she brings to her work. I have a particularly tricky hair issue around my sideburns and eyebrow area, which is a very narrow and sensitive region to treat. Suzy went above and beyond by carefully taping my eyebrows, including between them (a major concern area for me), and treating everything with extreme attention and precision. It’s rare to find someone who is not only technically excellent but also genuinely thoughtful and easy to work with. I’m so grateful for her care and dedication, and I trust her completely. I’ve been seeing Suzy for laser hair removal for almost three years now, and she’s honestly amazing.
