Julie did a refill on my lash extensions for my wedding and did a BEAUTIFUL job (50 mins) and matched them perfectly even though the original set was done by someone else. Have gone here 3 times for lashes, and it's my fave place in TO to get them done.

Amina did such a wonderful job!!! I am a lash and brow newbie and I wanted something super natural. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I'm so so happy with the results! It looks like I have makeup on, but just a little, and the way she shaped my brows is so cool! I love having a minimalistic look for beauty and makeup, so the idea of lash lifts or lash extensions, in general, is a new category for me. I have straight medium-length lashes that lack the power to lift themselves independently, so I was very hesitant to get my lashes lifted. Alena understood my hesitation and gave me information about the Keratin Lash Lift procedure that provided me with reassurance and confidence to give it a try! The Keratin Lash Lift procedure takes approximately 40 minutes and lasts up to 6 to 9 weeks. The Keratin Lash Lift procedure also includes a Vitamin E hydrating serum and a coconut oil conditioning treatment to help keep lashes strong, nourished, and healthy. It is great for sensitive eyes and low maintenance for anyone looking to give the lashes an eye-popping lash lift! I had the best experience at Pretty Little Secrets, thanks to Alena. I was very anxious upon arrival, but she was very professional, reassuring, and I was blown away by the attention and care I received from her. She was very gentle and detailed in lifting every one of my upper lashes. She did a fantastic job lifting and tinting my lashes! I'm absolutely obsessed! Alena also provided tips for maintaining my lashes and recommended some products to help them grow and stay healthy. Next to the check-out counter, Pretty Little Secrets also carries a bunch of affordable goodies beautifully displayed from strip lashes, innovative lash adhesive pens, and the best brow products that help define, shape, and create fuller brows. Thanks to the gorgeous Alena, I had an amazing first experience at Pretty Little Secrets. The lash & brow bar is a comforting and relaxing environment, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I must admit I was so afraid that my lashes would fall off after the Keratin Lash Lift, but they are very much intact, beautiful, lifted, and so easy to maintain. I love that I don’t need to use an eyelash curler anymore to curl my lashes when I do my makeup. Waking up to perfect lashes has never been this easy. kellychan360

Anna did my brow lamination and lash lift, both were amazing! She is very gentle, kind and meticulous and gave me a great brow shape. I will always come back for my lash and brow needs. I have only had great experiences at PLS and highly recommend Anna.

Everytime I step inside pretty little secrets I know i'm going to leave more than satisfied with my experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the precautions they were taking with COVID-19, and was very comfortable knowing it was clean and well sanitized. Can't wait to book my next service with them :) Here's a photo of the lash lift that Jenna did on me!
