Had both a microdermabrasion and microneedling procedure done at Posh Medical spa. The technicians were very professional. It was my first time doing both treatments, so far the results are incredible. Also, the tech took their time to walk me through the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable during the treatments. Thank you ! Will definitely be back

I normally don’t enjoy going to a medical spa with unfriendly rude staff as it diminishes the overall experience. One of them was very nice and welcoming but the other one, Nisha, comes across quite rude and unpleasant . She just stares at me when I go in for my treatments and one time she shut the door hard in my face without saying a word! It felt uncomfortable being there. I gave three stars to be fair, but it was more like a 2 star experience. I will have to wait a couple of weeks to comment on the effectiveness of my treatment.

I recently visited Posh Medical Spa for the new client $99 microneedling offer, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I’m not sure if this is the same level of treatment provided during regular sessions, but if it is, I would not consider returning. I have had microneedling done before at other clinics, and those sessions were far more professional. The person who performed my treatment this time did not seem skilled or consistent. There was no clear pattern or technique in how the device was moved across my face. While I’m not an expert myself, I could immediately tell the approach was very different from my previous experiences. There was also poor lighting in the room, and the practitioner did not make any effort to adjust it or ensure she could clearly see my skin. She appeared to move the device based on her own convenience rather than focusing on the areas that needed more attention. As a result, I ended up with noticeable red patches that I’ve never experienced after past microneedling sessions. I don’t have anything personal against the staff, but I wanted to share my honest feedback in hopes that it helps improve the quality of service for future clients.

Excellent service. Daisy was quick with finding me an appointment same-day and Olivia worked on my laser carefully and with precision. I’m booked for micro-needling next week as well. Would recommend!
