GoogleI have been going to Plain Jane for some time now and have definitely noticed results, which I appreciate. That said, I’ve realized that the experience can vary depending on which clinician you book with. Usually, my treatments take the full time I’ve scheduled, but last night I booked two appointments totaling 1 hour and 15 minutes and ended up finishing in less than an hour. When I raised my concern the next day, I was told that some clinicians are faster than others. Honestly, I didn’t feel that was the case—especially considering that for me, the massage portion yesterday felt unusually short. I think this is something to keep in mind when booking your appointments. My suggestion would be to stick with the clinicians you’ve had positive experiences with rather than trying new ones, so you know what to expect and get the most out of your time there.

GoogleI’ve had a really great experience at Plain Jane. Liliana, in particular was so knowledgeable, kind, and comforting. I truly felt relaxed after each visit. When I had any concerns, their team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of and to me that meant a lot. I feel like a lot of businesses don’t value customer service and client retention anymore, but that’s not the case here. I will be a returning client and can’t wait for my next visit!
