I don’t do this often and disappointed I have to do this, but given they don’t answer my emails anymore I must leave a message here. I truly wanted to like it here, I picked it out of the several consults I had, because I liked the space and their pricing wasn’t as astronomical, and they seemed confident it would help me, of course good start. By the responses to others sharing negative experiences they seem to be super critical and defensive, but I am still going to share my experience and my side, and will see if they genuinely respond to me after this. I will attach proof that I haven’t gotten a reply lately. And the only email I did get was copy and pasted twice, generic email sent to me, not addressing any of my questions. I’ll try to summarize because there’s a lot I could say. I came in for a consult and the first appointment. From the beginning I was a little bit uncomfortable by the staff member. I felt very belittled and uncomfortable with the things they were saying to me, making me feel stupid. I’ve had this treatment before, in another city, and had the best results, so I know my stuff and my expectations. I won’t let someone take advantage of me especially in this business where it’s common. The girl kept saying things like “oh we don’t scam here do you think we’re scamming you” and it just felt awkward. I decided to ignore it. I moved forward as I got a decent price, and figured since it was close to where I live, and she showed me good results on others, i’d give it a try. A few hundred dollars later, I receive my laser treatment. That girl spoke no english, so I couldn’t fully ask any questions as my french is not perfect. Again decided it was ok. Once again, the girl doing my treatment made me feel belittled and uncomfortable. I can’t fully explain it but the words and mannerisms were just bothering me at this point. I really wanted to have a good experience and push past this. So I smiled and acted nice. Then the laser burnt part of my hair. Ok sure small mistakes happen but being more careful could’ve avoided this. This just made me quite irritated. Fast forward some time i’m looking to book the second appointment as discussed. Again, was willing to book the appointment but was quite hesitant based on my first experience but more importantly what I was noticing. My face was actually getting much worse. A lot more red and irritated consistently. I wasn’t expecting it to go away obviously from one treatment, but to get significantly worse? Absolutely not. This has never happened with my previous treatments at another place, nor was I told this could happen. Fast forward, i’m frustrated and decide to email my concerns about booking a second laser appointment due to this. No response…a few tries later I get the generated email. Like talking to AI. No help. I’m trying to express why i’m hesitant to come in, not asking for a full evaluation on email. Then they respond dodging all my questions, saying they can only respond to my concern if I come back in. I understand needing possibly an assessment for accurate care, but why can’t you answer my question over email before I have to take time out of my work day to make it there? This made me super uncomfortable. I then moved out of Montreal. Since then, I have emailed a handful of times to get a response or even some guidance why my face is SO much worse to this day. Still nothing. I will attach proof. Given their other responses, I foresee them writing a lengthy response on why i’m in the wrong and they did everything perfect, but i’m here to share my experience. If they just responded to my email, given i’m the paying client paying a heavy penny, this could’ve been avoided. Now, i’m in a new place trying to find care, and spending way more than necessary on dermatology to try and fix this. Needed to be shared. Hoping they can communicate a solution with me, that doesn’t involve me going all the way to Montreal and having them tell me to pay for a second session. Unfortunate I have to comment but I haven’t received an email response.

Worst experience ever. They burnt my friend and was very rude about it. She gaslit her and blaming her. Her whole neck was burnt. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are very unfriendly and NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Very unprofessional. I went with my friend for moral support and said what you brought your lawyer?! Avoid at all cost.

The best place for all of your beauty related needs! Larisa is so gentle and also so intelligent and kind, taking the time to explain every single detail to you. I also had a hydrafacial and my skin is the smoothest that it has ever been in my whole life. The Persany team left me looking and feeling amazing before my wedding! Thank you all SO much!

I was so happy with the results of my fillers/botox that my husband booked an appointment and he was very happy as well! Larissa and Char took excellent care of us, listened to what we wanted and hands down this is the best result I've ever had doing either of these procedures. We will be back!

I recently had the Morpheus treatment with Chay, and I am delighted with the results! From the moment I arrived, Chay was very professional, informative, and incredibly kind and supportive. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which made me feel at ease. While the treatment was a bit painful to avoid injection or surgery. There was some downtime, which is to be expected, but Chay was supportive throughout the healing process, even providing me with creams to aid recovery. I am waiting for the positive result! I highly, highly recommend Chay for anyone considering the Morpheus treatment. Her expertise and care truly make a difference!
