Pearl on King in Toronto

It saddens me to write a negative review for my recent experience at this establishment as I really think Tisha is great at her job and Alex was really accommodating at rescheduling. I'm truly disappointed at how unprofessional this establishment is by double booking their customers during their allocated appointment slot. I have already spent over $600 during my first appointment and I was back here for the second session but I left empty handed. I completely understand sometimes the previous client's session runs late but what happened to me was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. After waiting for 12 minutes, Tisha came out to tell me to wait longer as she is jumping into a video call with another client during my appointment while I was waiting at the lobby for a total of 20 minutes into our booked 30 mins session. At that point I had decided to leave as there was only 10 minutes remaining of my appointment time and I felt disrespected for my time. I have decided to take my business elsewhere where they honour their appointment time.

Highly recommend, Tisha was very professional, gave me great recommendations and most importantly no bruising for injections.There is no pushy overselling at all. Booking is also very convenient. Id love to come back.

I got my Masseters done a couple months ago. Tish was very informative and walked through each step with me. What I really liked was how gentle she was. I highly recommend Pearl on King and I will continue to get my botox / filler done here!!!

I was greeted by Alex yesterday evening - a wonderful and calm presence to meet before my treatment. Milah was incredible and thorough with her work, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. I will be a returning client and have recommended my friends. -Kaitlyn B

I had the best massage by Juliana, she was excellent! She was very attentive and genuinely interested in understanding exactly what I needed. I’ve been to many massages over the years and haven’t really had anyone take the time to review my health history but Juliana did just that and as a result customized the massage to suit my specific needs. I felt great after and also had the best sleep that night! Thank you Juliana and the rest of the medical staff at Pearl on King Medi spa. I would highly recommend this boutique spa to my friends!
