Ovo Medi Spa in Vancouver

I recently had laser treatment at Ovo Medi Spa for my pigmentation concerns, and I’m very happy with my experience. The therapist was very knowledgeable and skillful — she explained the process clearly, and I felt very confident in her hands. The owner is also very nice and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Their follow-up is great too — they actually check in after treatment to make sure everything is going well. Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking for professional treatment and genuine care.

I went to Ovo Medi Spa yesterday. I just have to say that first of all I really appreciate that they were not pushy. The owner was super friendly, highly professional and very supportive. I did a skin consultation and found it highly informative. The laser aesthetician educated me on a plan of action that could be undertaken to correct the main issues I know I have with my skin and was very honest and transparent in regards to any questions I had. I highly recommend if you are looking for a passionate, friendly, but most of all a clinic free from high pressure tactics. This is the first clinic I have attended where I felt truly comfortable. The prices are very good and the products are top notch, and should you have any concerns the owner is very understanding and will provide honest answers. I had such an amazing experience at Ovo Medi Spa! The staff are always friendly, professional, and punctual — especially Shivawn, who is wonderful. If you’re considering a treatment, I highly recommend booking right away. After doing Potenza, my skin has never looked better!

I went into Ovo Medi spa yesterday. They fit me in too which was amazing as I’m leaving town. I got a half syringe for my lips to just give them a pout. This doctor was the most thorough and explained everything. Made sure it was what I liked and He spent time with me. Not to just collect money and rush me out. He actually cares about his patients and to me that makes the best doctor. I am so happy with my experience and I WILL be back. Thank you!!

I’m so thankful for Sharon! I’ve been doing my laser sessions with her, and she is always very kind and caring. She always checks how I’m feeling and makes sure I’m not in too much pain. She really tries to make me feel comfortable. One time, I didn’t know that Sharon only works on Tuesdays, so I booked with someone else. Sadly, that session was not good. That technician finished everything in just a few minutes. She didn’t ask how I was doing or explain anything, and I felt really uncomfortable. Since then, I always book with Sharon. I even told my friend about her, and now my friend also only goes to Sharon!
