Awesome laser hair removal services, very noticeable results after only 2 treatments and test patch during my consultation. Thank you Chelsea, Sarah and especially Alison for giving me that healing cream at the end of our appointment today. My skin is back to normal literally less than 3 hours later. Phenomenal experience with such a professional, caring & highly-qualified team (and in a gorgeous space!). My 7yr-old was referred by our pediatrician for a small laser procedure on her face. She was nervous, but Alison took the time to explain everything, show her the equipment, and make her feel comfortable & safe -- so much so, my kiddo gave her a huge hug afterwards! I separately booked services for myself - and cannot say enough positive things. As a former infection control nurse, I have to share how meticulous their nurses & extended team were - with absolutely on-point infection prevention & control measures. I embarrassingly never had any real skincare routine/treatments before, but they made me feel so comfortable, zero judgement -- and my skin has never looked better! Highly recommend!

I was really surprised and disappointed by my experience calling Ottawa Laser Clinic. I had high expectations based on their reputation, prices, and glowing reviews about the staff being kind and knowledgeable, but my experience was the opposite. The receptionist I spoke with was unhelpful, and completely unresponsive. I asked a few simple questions, like the basic difference between laser and microneedling, and even specified I was just looking for a vague idea. After long pauses over 20 seconds of silence- she just said “I don’t know,” with no effort to clarify, explain, or even offer to ask someone. At one point she even said, one is laser and one is microneedling.. the tone and delivery came off almost like she was mocking me, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing because I’ve wanted to get laser since I was around 14, as I’ve always struggled with skin issues- scarring, redness, and more. I’ve done tons of research over the last year, and Ottawa Laser Clinic was always the place I came back to as my top choice. I finally worked up the nerve to call, and I even opened the conversation by letting the receptionist know I was unfamiliar with the procedures and was hoping she could help me figure out what I’d actually be booking a consultation for. Instead, I was met with silence, no guidance, and a lack of basic professionalism. I’ve worked in customer service and as a receptionist for over 10 years, and I would never leave a customer confused or in the dark. I’ve been asked many questions I didn’t have the answers to, but I would always take the initiative to either go ask someone or offer to call them back with the information. Considering these are $500+ treatments, I expected much more. I ended up calling another clinic where the receptionist walked me through everything in detail.. This is by no means a reflection of the practitioners or the work and services they provide -as for that I can't speak on -I just think the receptionist should be more helpful.
