Ninalen Health and Beauty Clinic in Vancouver

This is their second week open. The location is easy to get to by Skytrain and walking. Waiting area is nice and clean and the receptionist was very friendly. I came a bit early which I recommend so you can fill out a consent form. I appreciated that the doctor took me in on time. Some places get behind schedule, although I think I was the first client of the day. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I came in to do a hair PRP treatment but it was not recommended due to my medical history. I appreciated that my health was considered and he didn’t try to “sell” me on other treatments just to make money. Some places do this and also charge for the consultation but I was not charged for any consultation. I took away a star because the doctor could improve his listening skills. I’m a really fast talker and I talk a lot but even I felt cut off every time he asked me a question. Basically, I couldn’t finish a sentence until I straight out told him that he’s been cutting me off and to allow me to complete my thought. I think if he could just practice listening to the patient after he asks a question, it would help. Like I said before, he was wealth of knowledge and I would have felt confident moving forward with the treatment had I been approved. I understated he had many questions in order to determine the full picture of my medical history, but it was difficult at first to express my thoughts when being cut off all the time. In the end, I did find the doctor to be very helpful and I would come back to get a treatment in the future. I’m hoping they will eventually add things like laser treatments so I can come back.

I recently had PRP hair therapy and mesotherapy with Dr. Nina and Dr. Amin, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They are both incredibly patient, they listen carefully, and always recommend the best options for your needs. The staff are also very kind and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable. Their package prices are amazing — definitely better than most clinics in Vancouver. I’m already thinking of booking face PRP micro needling next! Highly recommend! 🙌✨
