I had my lip filler done by Katie, and it was my first time ever. She was very welcoming and took the time to explain all the pros and cons, as well as what to expect. I was nervous going in, but she made me feel comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure. The pain was minimal about a 3/10 and she was incredibly gentle and professional. I got the mini filler, and the results were amazing! I'm so happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!

Katie at Newport Medical is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. As a first-time Botox client, I appreciated how thoroughly she explained every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I started with treatment for forehead lines and a brow lift, and after my two-week follow-up (where we made a few subtle tweaks), I was so impressed that I chose to also treat my crow’s feet and under-eye area. The results have given me a real boost in confidence! Katie is not only professional and detail-oriented, but her clinic is also spotless and welcoming. Katie’s clinic is just the sweetest and coziest place, which matches Katie’s personality to a T. Katie is gentle, and explains everything to you in a way that you would understand, without any pressure to do anything you didn’t want. Not to mention Katie is a highly trained acute care nurse with plenty of experience handling needles/injections/IVs with some of the most vulnerable patients; I would trust Katie without question!
