I am extremely pleased with my surgery outcome and post surgery treatment with Dr. MacArthur and his staff! Very professional and personal on every level. They take the time to know you and treat you with great care and make you feel comfortable from start to finish. After surgery, I decided on facial treatments with Nurse Courtney and she made me feel reassured and comfortable with what I chose to have done. She was exceptional! Dr MacArthur is a brilliant surgeon. He’s incredibly kind, warm, patient, and takes time to talk you through your surgery and ensure you’re both on the same page with expectations. Never rushing, always patient and friendly, his bedside manner is wonderful. The facility embodies modern state-of-the-art medicine with an amazing surgical team. They were all incredible, ensuring you feel welcomed and safe while adhering to the strictest surgical procedures. They are your biggest cheerleader throughout the whole surgical journey. I recently had a tummy tuck performed by Dr. MacArthur, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I was very nervous going into it, but during my consultation, Dr. MacArthur made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and with such a calm, reassuring presence. On the day of surgery, I was amazed at how comfortable and supported I felt. The entire staff was beyond incredible.. so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and Dr. MacArthur was amazing with his follow-up. He made sure all my questions during recovery were answered, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. I’m only 2–3 weeks post-op and already feeling incredible.
