Dr. Kasrai performed my second ear surgery recently, and I could not be happier with the results!!! Her team of amazing office staff, which include Helen and Eva, made the entire process so smooth. I would not hesitate to come back to Dr. Kasrai anytime. She is very informative and patient.

Had an incredibly traumatic post op nightmare after a breast reduction which left my in the hospital for close to a week. While Dr.Kasrai was very attentive, I think she should have admitted me to the hospital earlier when she saw how my wounds were healing. Something was clearly wrong and I had had to make the tough decision to admit myself. I also had to go through a two hour surgery only with local anesthetic - none of which was explained to me in advance. Communication could have been better. Dr. Kasrai did listen and hear me out for all of my grievances. Unfortunately this was a life altering experience that left me with horrific anxiety and post traumatic stress.

I’ve been a client for years, along with family members. Office staff Eva and Helen are very friendly and welcoming at all times. Dr. Kasrai has always explained everything before and after any procedure I have had. I would never consider another doctor. Dr. Kasrai has always returned my calls, the work I have had done looks amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering surgery.

Where do I even begin? My experience with Dr.Kasrai and her team has been nothing short of amazing. Starting with her patient care coordinator, Eva, who has always gone the extra mile to make sure I feel taken care of. Eva always greets me with a warm welcome, responds promptly to my emails, and answers any questions that I might have. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares. It’s such a treat to get to reconnect with her whenever I’m in the office. As for Dr.Kasrai, she really is incredible at what she does. I met with many different surgeons, as soon as I met with Dr.Kasrai I immediately felt at ease. She really took her time in all of our appointments to make sure I had answers to all my questions. Her bedside manner is unmatched. I am so thrilled with my results. It’s quite rare to find such wonderful combination of medical expertise. It’s really set the bar high, so much so that although I have moved out of the province, I will most definitely make the trip back to this clinic for any future procedures.
