I had a laser and IPL treatment at Monarch MD with Vanessa and it was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained every step in detail, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything went so smoothly. The clinic itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and very professional. The treatment rooms and the devices they use are top-notch, which made the whole experience even better. I’m so happy I chose Monarch MD and especially Vanessa. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time meeting Dr. Akbari, and I honestly had one of the best aesthetic consultations of my life. She was incredibly honest, patient, and transparent. Every detail and every possible side effect of the treatment I asked about was explained to me clearly, without the slightest hesitation or sales pressure. She is truly the only aesthetic specialist I have ever met who genuinely does not care about money. Even though aesthetic treatments are very expensive, she never tried to sell anything or push me toward any unnecessary procedures. For the first time ever, I met a doctor who puts the patient first and money last — to the point that I almost felt shy because she was trying to convince me to do less, not more. She is extremely humble, warm, and down-to-earth. I genuinely enjoyed every minute I spent in her office. Her staff was also incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. The treatment I received today was Radiesse, and I am extremely happy with the results. She did something very creative — she prepared a custom “cocktail” mixture with Radiesse instead of injecting it plainly. It was my first time seeing and experiencing such an advanced technique. She is not only skilled and experienced, but also innovative and artistic in her work. Beyond all this, she is a truly beautiful soul — kind, caring, compassionate — and much more lovely in person than even her photos, and I already thought her photos were gorgeous. I am absolutely choosing Dr. Akbari as my long-term aesthetic doctor, and I will definitely return for my next sessions. I’m extremely grateful for today’s experience.

I came in to get my Botox and lip filler done by Dr. Akbari, and I absolutely loved my results! Everything looks so natural and exactly how I asked for it. Misleading photo of advertisement trichoscopy (hair analysis) on their website: there won’t be computer vision with analysis of anagen/telogen ratio, thickness, number of hairs, hairs per cm^3, so even a quote from their website “We measure over 100 variables to help you achieve your dream hair.” is not actually true even if you add bloodwork. We had two appointments for two people (2 hours) and had been waiting for the doctor for a total of 35 minutes in the middle of the consultation. We haven't been pushed to buy their package, but they were promoting it at every step of their line. At the beginning, they wanted to take a photo of me (not hair) for the portfolio (their?) even though I didn't sign for any procedures. Also, during their promotional step, I didn't quite catch how a person’s hair in their promo photo (before and after) grew plus ~10cm after just two PRP treatments (2 months), it’s not quite a possible result, I assume they want to play on your feelings of getting quick and nice results However, I still got a consultation and prescription for finasteride + minoxidil. Overall, it was time-consuming, everything could be done in 15 minutes, not an hour per person. After it, we received an email with a pdf attached to it with promotion, info. Our photos of the scalp were shrunken and cropped. While promo photos are full-size and on different slides. We each sent a follow-up to send us photos as files with their original sizes, but still been no response after 3 weeks. Why do we need the original photo? In order to show it to a dermatologist better quality pictures are needed, cause they prescribed minoxidil for the scalp with inflammation. The dermatologist who saw the scalp was amazed that they prescribed minoxidil + rosemary oil when it can worsen the condition and won’t help at all.
