Paola is an excellent aesthetician at Mirage Beauty! She is kind, gentle, very knowledgeable and is always on time! She is always willing to help out with schedule changes if they are needed and her response time with communication is excellent! I am extremely pleased with the progress! I highly recommend Paola!!

I have been going to Mirage beauty salon for the last 2 years for my eyebrows, and my electrolysis technician is Paola. The salon follows proper hygiene protocol, the equipment is up to date and the salon itself is clean and looks new. The pricing is reasonable and affordable compared to other electrolysis salons in GTA. I have never had any issue so far with the service offered and a plus side is that they have multiple locations, and technicians, so you always have options to choose from. Paolo is very friendly and professional. She takes time to listen to her customers and explains the process of electrolysis and how it works to permanently remove hair. She continuely made sure to manage her customers expectations and that they are aware of the outcomes and limitations of committing to electrolysis. Paolo is also trustworthy business professional. She has shown to me that she cares about her customers. I remember that she had advised me to not waste my money on removing my light coloured peach hair on my face using electrolysis as it was a waste of time and money. I appreciate that she looks out for her customers and has their best interest in mind. My eyebrows are looking great, and I am only coming in to remove a few stray hairs that are left over. My experience so far has been good and without any issues, so I have recommended Paolo and Mirage Beauty salon to family and friends.

Melinda is a knowledgeable professional who was very patient with explaining the electrolysis process to me. On our first meeting, she explained that laser treatment can be more effective and efficient for people with fair skin and dark hair. So although she did not perform any treatments, I recommend that you do an initial consultation with her to see if the process meets your needs.

It didn't matter that I am from Groupon - Melinda was extremely professional, kind, understanding, and knows her job VERY well!
