I had a great aesthetic treatment experience here and I’m truly satisfied. From the initial consultation, Kat, the consultant, was extremely professional and patient. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and provided honest, personalized recommendations without any pressure. The treatment process was gentle and reassuring, with constant check-ins to make sure I was comfortable. After the treatment, my skin looked noticeably more hydrated, radiant, and balanced, with minimal downtime. The clinic environment was clean and well-organized, and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely return for future treatments and highly recommend this clinic.

The place was highly recommended by few of my friends and colleagues at work. First wanted to book a spa-day with my friend and had to cancel it due to personal issues. The staff was very understanding and when I email to book my procedures they were very quick to reply and accommodating my schedule. When I got there, I was offered a skin diagnosis so we can see what procedures will benefit more. Ronay was super nice, sweet, knowledgeable and lead me through the process. She explained all the different options and we were able to find an optimal solution. I was very happy with my beauty specialist and even fall asleep during the procedure! It was amazing! Loved it and already booked my next treatments with them!

Ronay is a very professional and attentive consultant. She followed up with me to ensure I know how to use their product. Based on my acne skin issue, she recommends me a combination of treatments that will be effective while working with my budget. So I had my first facial (hydrafacial ) at Mernov Medi Spa last Sunday for cleasing as the first step. The esthetician Sally is very knowledgeable on the skin management as well. During the treatment, she would tell me what she’s about to do and what’s purpose of that before each procedure. She also asked if I might be allergic/sensitive to some ingredients that the products contain. My skin got more radiance after the treatment. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I am a frequent patient of Hannah’s here at the Mernov Spa! Having visited her for 6-7 times now I am beyond elated and thankful that I was able to find such an experienced and skillful individual to perform my facials and extraction cleaning. Helen has a deep and knowledgable understanding for skincare. I cannot recommend Helen enough for anyone Looking for not just a facial but an exceptional and personalized spa experience.

I just finished my body sculpting treatment and I am so happy with the service. The staff was so friendly. Ronay was great at explaining the treatment to me and made me feel very comfortable. The technician who did the treatment was amazing, very gentle and friendly. They are having a great promotion at the moment and I would recommend you go visit them!
